This was a simple garage to living room accommodation conversion.
These types of conversion can be very simple, as in this case, or involve a considerable amount of work. In this case only the walls and the floor required any upgrading together with the new infill front wall and window to replace the garage door. The defective guttering was caused by the recent weather where the snow on the roof changed to ice and overloaded the gutter brackets as it fell off!!
