The existing dwelling is a detached cottage contained within a village settlement. The owner required additional ground floor and first floor accommodation to generally increase the living space.
The alterations resulted in a further bedroom, bathroom, study and ground floor WC. Although the accommodation of this alteration considerably enlarged the property, externally it still maintains a cottage feel.
