The existing house was a bland 1960’s semi-detached house with an attached garage. The owner wished to extend the accommodation and to enhance the appearance of the property.
The design involved a two-storey extension to the side of the property and a large single-storey extension to the rear. The end product was a sympathetic subservient addition to the property that provided outstanding family accommodation.
