Ryder Ltd, specialists in all aspects of domestic and commercial architectural design and in obtaining the necessary building approvals, including Planning Permission and Building Regulations Consent, before work can start on site. Structural calculations that are necessary to support Building Regulations applications are carried out "in house". Please navigate around the site to establish our unique philosophy.
Consultation
We will meet with you at your property to discuss your initial requirements, ideas and what options are available to you. At this early stage we can provide you with more information about the process and will identify the types of issues that could be problematic when applying for Planning Permission. In most cases we will be able to give you a quotation, free of charge, on the day.
Design
Following our initial visit, we will survey your property and produce plan drawings of the existing and proposed development. We will give careful consideration to the brief, design, orientation and interaction between the property, land and nearby buildings to ensure the best use is made of the available setting, resulting in desirable ‘added’ value to the property.
Completetion
Throughout the whole process we will be on hand to help as much or as little as you need. We offer a tiered service structure that reflects the amount of time we spend on your project so you know exactly what you are getting for your money. Every building project is different, perhaps in size, complexity or the number of amendments that are required to gain planning approval.
