Rorkes Drift
The existing dwelling was a 1970’s chalet style bungalow with an attached garage set in a very large plot.
The two-storey side extension re-built the garage and extended one of the bedrooms on the first floor to form a master bedroom.
There were also some internal alterations on the ground floor to improve the layout, together with external works to the garden and drive.
