Site Supervision

We offer site supervision and project management to follow your project through to completion. Site supervision is often a neglected service due to cost and the misunderstanding that the local council will inspect the work as it progresses. However, not considering this service could be a false economy as the council will only inspect in relation to a Building Regulations issue and will not consider the functionality and quality of the work. This is a risk assessment situation, which as a general rule, the cheaper the price of the building work, the more necessary this service is.
